Sree Lakshmi Jabbi Reddy Charitable Trust is a National & Registered Private Charitable Foundation under Indian Charitable Trust Act, by a group of egalitarian medical professionals with a mission and mandate of empowering the communities living at periphery, in the areas of health. The Trust is involved with the reference community with several community based health out reach projects in Andhra Pradesh, in most languishing pockets characterized by acute poverty, disease and deprivation.
It began it is work during the year 2004 and it’s health out reach interventions have currently spread over to 22 districts and reached around 4,57,000 rural poor forming part of Andhra Pradesh.
It is common that at old age, majority seniors have their distinctive health issues which bothers them and they seek external help in dealing with it. Similarly, their requirement could be a home care, or day care or an institutional care. Here again it could be of Social Worker, Physiotherapist, a dietitian or a qualified nurse or just a helper, can be a Counsellor, a psychiatrist or good general physician.

We constantly strive to successfully address all the care needs of a senior in most appropriate suitable way. From basic care to high care requirements of an older adult. The Foundation, thus stands apart in its uniqueness in providing Lifelong Care. This constant demand necessitated Sree Lakshmmi Jabbi Reddy Charitable Trust to embark on setting up a full fledge, Education and Research Centre on Aging in its Campus.
